I have been troubleshooting an high cpu utilization issue where the process "WMI Standard Event Consumer - Scripting" (scrcons.exe) running as a standalone process and consuming high CPU on Windows Server 2012 R2.

Need help in identifying whether it is a legitimate process or any suspicious activity or script running?
