Copilot Not showing up in Mac office app

Question

I recently purchased a Copilot Pro Subscription on my personal account, the purchase was made on an iOS device. I bought it because, on macOS Office apps, I wanted to use the AI features. I have an Office Subscription on my School account. But I purchased the subscription on my main account, does that make a difference in the working? I don't know why isn't the copilot button showing up.
