Processing customer service calls in Hebrew

How can I transcribe and extract a to-do list from phone calls to a car service company in Hebrew? I need to transcribe the call, summarize the call, create a to-do list for the salesperson, and identify any necessary business procedures that should occur as a result of the call. I'm concerned about unique Hebrew words such as products of the company, identifying different speakers, long phone calls, and the need for accurate results. What is the best approach for this task?

Thanks!

Hello @Shahar Spencer , Thanks for using Microsoft Q&A Platform.

Here are some steps you can try if that fits for your use case:

    1. You can use speech-to-text feature to transcribe the audio. This Speech-to-Text API helps to transcribe the call from Hebrew to text.
To identify different speakers, try using speaker diarization feature that can identify different speakers in the call and label the transcribed text accordingly. You can find more information about speaker diarization here.
    2. To summarize the call, you can use the Azure AI Language service summarization feature.
    3. Later you can try the Language service named entity recognition (NER) / Key phrase extraction feature. These features can help you identify specific entities mentioned during the call.

Please always check for the limitation and the language support for these features. To ensure the best possible results, you may want to consider using a high-quality audio.

    I hope this helps.

    Regards,

    Vasavi
