When I try to do a certification renewal the exam renewal does not show up in Learn Dashboard it asks me to connect an additional account that is already connected to the MCID

Question

The current MC ID I have with the pl 600 exam will not allow me to retry the test that I need to renew by the 19th of April . This is a critical certification for my business and must not got unrenewed . Please help ASAP. I was bake to make a first attempt last week but now the option to retry is gone .

I tried this from both accounts that are already linked *****@---------n.ca, randy.---------*e@-----.com

Steps I followed:

1. Login to Microsoft Learn portal.
2. Go to Credentials
3. Click on Certifications
4. Click on Renew Certification
5. I get a Connect certification profile button that throws an error when clicked
