The current quota for my Whisper model is three requests per minute, which is not enough as I am transferring my application to Azure OpenAI. And I can't open a ticket in the Azure portal because the "create ticket" button disappears from the page.
You must have the appropriate access to a subscription in order to create a support request for it. This means you must have the Owner, Contributor, or Support Request Contributor role, or a custom role with Microsoft.Support/*, at the subscription level.
Quota increase requests can be submitted from the Quotas page of Azure OpenAI Studio. Please note that due to overwhelming demand, quota increase requests are being accepted and will be filled in the order they are received. Priority will be given to customers who generate traffic that consumes the existing quota allocation, and your request may be denied if this condition isn't met.
