How to cancel a Microsoft Exam when the credit card used was stolen

Good day

I have booked a PL300 exam and unfortunately need to cancel it. However the card used to purchase the exam was stolen and I land on the refund page with no other way to cancel the exam.

May I please get assistance on whet I can do to get the exam either cancelled or change my exam to another topic to write on.
