Create an API in C# to create records from my own system to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central

I want to create an application to read data from my own tables and syncs them to Dynamics Business central, It is kind of One-directional operation which need data be synced only on Dynamics side. I wasn't able to find any good video or link to understand how to start it. Can anyone help?
