Cannot register for exam

Hello, I am trying to register for my exam and keep encountering this error. I clicked on the link but it led me to a generic page that was not useful or helpful in resolving my issue.
I have provided a screenshot below, please help me resolve this asap so I can register for my exam. I have an exam voucher that has a time expiry.
