Not able to see the certificate details to reschedule the exam in my profile

I have scheduled my AI-102 - Designing and Implementing a Microsoft Azure AI Solution exam for 3rdMay. I want reschedule the exam in Profile>Credentials>Certification.

i dont see my exam details in certification section to reschedule the exam.

Please help me rescheudle the exam to June 3rd.
