I have completed my Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals exam on Pearson VUE . But the mcids in the mail received after completion and the Microsoft learn tab which is under the same email is different . So I m not able to access any of my certifications . It was told by the microsoft support that the copy of the certificate will be send through mail after 48 hours but that was also not done . Can somebody help me access the certifications on microsoft learn as i contacted every support forum live chat but nobody was able to help me out .

It appears you have posted questions over the weekend. Generally they only respond during business hours, usually within 1 business day after you ask your question. So it is expected that they wouldn't respond over the weekend.
I recommend you periodically check all of the questions you asked over there to see if they have responded. It is likely they will respond within hours. Sometimes email notification over there may not work, which is why I recommend you manually check all of the questions you asked to see if they have responded.
I have no ability to connect you to certification team other than to tell you to ask your question in the Credentials forum, which you have already done. I'm a volunteer.
But in microsoft learn its mentioned that i would receive the certificate via mail in 48hrs but that time is also over . I just want a copy of the certificate which they promised while applying for the exam
