@Brandon Ngo Active learning suggestions are available to be accept or reject only when there are similar suggested questions based on the questions asked to the KB.
If the score differences between QnA pairs match the query that lie within a small range, then the query is considered a possible suggestion (as an alternate question) for each of the possible QnA pairs. Also, in the backend when 5 or more such similar queries are clustered, every 30 minutes, QnA Maker suggests the user-based questions to the knowledge base designer to accept or reject. All the suggestions are clustered together by similarity and top suggestions for alternate questions are displayed based on the frequency of the particular queries by end users.
Could you please try to test your KB with similar questions to a Q&A pair and then then wait to check if suggestions are available since you have already enabled active learning. Please ensure to post enough questions so the questions are clustered and processed as suggestions.
