Problem with M Authenticator and my collage mail

Question

Every time i try to sign in my account, which is a from a college institution, its says that i have to enter a code that was send to Microsoft Authenticator, but in the app i never received one, not even a notification. But also, in the app i try to sign out and again put the mail, but it back with the same thing, that i need a code from the app WHEN IM LOGGIN FROM THE APP!!

And the account still shows in the home of the app, but doesn’t work.
