Hi,

About 15 days ago, when I copy files from my Windows 10 Pro 22H2 Notebook to my WD NAS, the speed is limited to approximately 80 to 88 MB/s.

But if I copy files from my WD NAS to my Notebook, the speed remains at 112 MB/s.

The network card is Killer E2500 and I have already tried it with Alienware drivers and the latest ones from Microsoft.

The wiring is Ok, the network cards and the router are at 1.0Gbps, the notebook disks are all SSDs, etc. I tried everything and couldn't solve it.

This has occurred since April 14th or 15th, any update that was made between those dates. I know it's some Windows problem because I started the Notebook with a pendrive with Windows 10PE and I did the same tests of copying files from the Notebook to the NAS and from the NAS to the notebook and it works perfectly, in both directions the transfer is 112 MB/ s.

Does someone have any idea of what it can be?

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

This file transfer slowness issue may be caused by the configuration issue.

1.Check the SMB client configuration by PowerShell command:

    Get-smbclientconfiguration on the windows machine.

If SMB2 is not enabled please try with SMB2 and see if it helps.

2.Please kindly check your SMB configuration and see if SMB signing is enabled or not. If it's enabled, please kindly disable SMB signing and check if it helps.

Hope this answer can help you well.
