Hello @bikund kumar , thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Q&A. The validation error you're encountering ("Insufficient quota") indicates that your Azure subscription has reached its limit for creating Azure OpenAI resources, specifically for the "newaiproject". To resolve this, follow these steps:

    1. Check your quota limits in the Azure portal under the "Quotas" or "Limits" section for Azure OpenAI resources in your region.
    2. If possible, request a quota increase through the Azure portal.
    3. Consider creating the resource in a different region with available quota.
    4. If you've previously created and deleted Azure OpenAI resources in the same region, remove any remaining resources and then recreate "newaiproject". This should address the quota issue and allow you to deploy the resource successfully.

If you found this solution helpful, please consider accepting it. Thank you!
