Hi everyone
Maybe who knows what is going on?
An Azure managed PostgreSQL database service for app development and deployment.
The restart helped, but it turns out that until the moment I did this the service was not working, and therefore the services associated with it were not working either, how can this be?
How can I avoid this in the future?

Thanks for the confirmation. Glad to know it worked and you are now able to load the databases.
Generally, this doesn't happen. It could be due to maintenance, and the server might not have been rebooted post maintenance. I believe it's unlikely to happen again.

this is a paid service, apparently we don’t pay enough for it to work stably

Please try opening the portal using a different browser or clear the cache and retry. If that doesn't work, consider restarting the server during non-business hours.
