Why is the following page refusing to submit my answers, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/security-copilot-embedded-experiences/6-knowledge-check?

The Knowledge check page refuses to submit answers, I have reloaded and refreshed but ht button just keeps loading.

Please assist.
