This is a known bug when using outlook exchange between PC's and mobile devices.  Editing a contact on the mobile device causes the notes field of the contact being edited to change style and change fonts, line spacing ect.  Blackberry tells me the problem is hot having a Microsoft font on my android phone.  Anybody have any work arounds for this?

    Hi @Mario Lanaro ,

This issue is a known bug when using Outlook Exchange between PCs and mobile devices. When you edit a contact on a mobile device, the notes field of the contact being edited may change style and font. This happens because mobile devices don’t support different fonts, formatting, and styles.

According to my research, here’s a workaround to prevent this from happening:

    1. Open Outlook and click on File > Options > Mail > Editor Options > Proofing > AutoCorrect Options.
    2. Choose the AutoFormat tab and uncheck the following:
      • In the Replace section, uncheck Internet and Network Paths with Hyperlink.
      • In the Always AutoFormat section, uncheck Plain text e-mail documents.
    3. Choose the AutoFormat as You Type tab. Then in the Replace as You Type section, uncheck Internet and network paths with hyperlinks.

This workaround disables all the formatting styles and makes the notes field plain text. A side effect is that you might notice some of the auto formatting missing when you compose emails because the same editor is used for the notes field. But at least you won’t have corruption.

Besides, please kindly understand that here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client. So, in order to better solve your issue, it is suggested for you to try contacting the in-app support (see Get in-app help for Outlook for iOS and Android) or post a new thread to the dedicated forum for Outlook for mobile.
