When creating Quick Access configuration in Quick Access | Create Quick Access configuration I get:
Network access settings
Application operation failed.
no further information is provided in the error.
I do have a connector set up correctly and on in the default connector group.

Have the exact same issue but trying to publish an Enterprise application under GSA.
Tried loads of various Application Segments but constantly get the really helpful error "Application Operation Failed".
Connector is setup, client installed, GSA is enabled.
Logged a call with MS and done a remote, so waiting on them to provide feedback on the issue. I've replicated the same issue on another tenant as well.

I experienced the same issue, I assume this issue is at Microsoft their end?
They are in discussion with their backend team atm. Once I have an update I will post it.

I get the same error when trying to create the Quick Access, but I've found that I can create an Enterprise app with the required settings under GSA -> Applications -> Enterprise Applications and that seems to work.

I have just tried this and its working.
MS Support haven't confirmed they fixed it however! But adding an Application Segment now works and does not fail on the tenant I am testing.
Just had an email back from Support saying they made some configuration change, so admitted there was an issue.

I am still getting the same error. Logged ticket with MS support and waiting for 5 days and still nothing....
