Authentication failing, it says calling my phone to verify but I am not receiving any calls

I am trying to log in AWS but when it prompts the authenticator, it says it's calling my phone but I am not receiving any calls. This is working before I updated my OS to win11 yesterday.

I am not sure if my phone no. was changed during the update, but I am using the same no.

I tried to call this no. using other phone and I am able to receive the call. But when I try to authenticate during log in I am not receiving the call.

Could you please confirm are you using Microsoft authenticator?

Another possibility is that the call is being blocked by your phone's settings. Please check if you have accidentally blocked calls from AWS.

Met same issue, two of three colleagues don't receive the call. Yes we use MS Authentificator, we dont have any blocked phone numbers.
