Acknowledging the mail received to a group mail automatically

Dear Team,

We have a group mail address and we would like to acknowledge it whenever someone sends an email to the group mail. Since we are receiving number of mails, is there any possibility to set a rule or in any other way to send any acknowledgement mail to the sender automatically as individuals.

Are you talking about a Microsoft 365 Group or? While M365 Groups do support rules, they are very limited in terms of actions you can use, so instead I'd recommend configuring an auto-reply message (OOO): https://www.michev.info/blog/post/3914/configure-an-autoreply-ooo-message-for-microsoft-365-groups
