I recently deployed an instance of APIM in the Basic v2 tier. I am trying to publish the developer portal but I just can't. Could you please give me some advice on this?

@Bryan Santos Thanks for your patience! I am able to reproduce this error at my end seems to be a bug from service end will check with our product group team and will get back to you.
