I'm assume you're having trouble with your Azure account. To transfer your registration from your business account to your personal account, you will need to contact Azure support. They will be able to assist you with the transfer process and ensure that you receive the free tier on your personal account.
To contact Azure support, you can follow these steps:
- Go to the Azure portal and sign in with your business account.
- Click on the "Help + support" button in the top-right corner of the portal.
- Click on the "New support request" button.
- Fill out the form with your details and select "Billing" as the issue type.
- In the "Problem type" section, select "Account management" and then "Transfer account ownership".
- Follow the prompts to submit your support request.
Once you have submitted your support request, a member of the Azure support team will contact you to assist with the transfer process. They may ask you to provide additional information or documentation to verify your identity and ownership of the accounts.
