I accidentally changed the PC name of the domain controller and no user can login anymore.
can you please advise?

Connect directly to the domain controller by using a console session or a Remote Desktop connection and change the name back.

domain controller is in virtual machine in esxi and when i connect with remote sektop connection and enter administrator user , this message appear : (the security database on the server does not have a computer account for this work station trust relation ship)
If so, then you're not logging on to a domain controller. This is a domain member server for which a secure channel with its domain has been broken
