Hello @Zane Donaldson ,
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Azure QnA Platform. I have reviewed the details shared and it seems like Manager Attribute is not getting sync'd to Microsoft Entra ID. I would like to confirm following:
- Manager Attribute might fail to Sync if source account (Manager Account) has any Sync errors.
- Manager Attribute might also fail to Sync if the destination account (end user account) has any sync errors.
- Hence, we would suggest you to please make sure if there are any Sync errors associated to any of these identities, you might need to fix them first.
- Make sure that there are no errors associated to the source anchor for both the accounts.
Once all the errors associated to these accounts are fixed Manager attribute should get sync'd from OnPrem AD to Entra ID.
