Where should I post A.I. Questions?

Hi all;

This is a follow-up to questions I posted here and on https://community.openai.com/

Where is the best place to ask for advice on building a recommendation engine? Is there an A.I. StackOverflow forum somewhere? (Although StackOverflow is not a great example as it is hostile to questions that ask for an opinion and learning questions are, by definition, often asking for an opinion.)

Hi @AshokPeddakotla-MSFT - my question is not for Azure AI services, but for questions around general AI questions. So not appropriate for this forum.
