MiAuthenticator
I recently got a new phone and I have not been able to log in to my microsoft 365 account small business account. I have been asked to log a case, but to log a case, i must log in to my account which I CANNOT since the authenticator option is not working. I have never used authenticator to log in before and i don't have an administrator for the organization since it's just me! So I am super frustrated because my work is at a stand still and microsoft has seen to it that you do not speak to a live person. I am attaching screen shots of the issues i experience when trying to log in. Appreciate help to resolve this issue.
The attached screenshots have been labelled to match the process that I have followed below.
1. I am first requested to enter a code, which never ever comes to my mobile device though the device is set up
2. I then select sign in another way which then brings this 2nd screenshot
3. If I select approve a request on my authenticator app, a code will appear on the screen but nothing comes to the mobile authenticator app
4. The next screen shows I am having trouble signing in – dah … we already know that
5. When I click on view details, this is the information displayed
