Server-to-Server authentication between SP2019 and OOS2019 On-Premises Farms

Question

Dear all,

we have a SharePoint 2019 on-premises farm and a Office Online Server On-Premises Farm.

I know one need to set server-to-server authentication for hybrid scenarios (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/hybrid/configure-server-to-server-authentication), but I was wondering if we would need it between our 2 farms (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/security-for-sharepoint-server/plan-server-to-server-authentication#:~:text=To%20authenticate%20the%20requesting%20server,server%20is%20requesting%20is%20authorized)?

Both of the farms are on Premises in the same domain.

Server-to-server authentication between Office Online Server and SharePoint Server establishes trust between the two servers.
