Hi,
I'm following the free ms learn course learning path DP200. The sandbox that is started however doesn't seem to have any subscriptions so I can't follow the steps to create an azure sql db.
Can you please advise?

Ah, looks like I missed a step to review permissions, which actually started up the sandbox, now I have concierge subscription, should be fine now.

I can't really get my wrapped around the permissions you reviewed cause I have the same issue here
