Can you join the meeting normally in Teams web client?

Are there any error messages when this issue occureed?
We recommend you try to enable GPU hardware acceleration to see if it works for you. To do it, you can need to go to Teams settings and enable “Disable GPU hardware acceleration”.
Besides, please try to clean your client cache first in your Teams and restart it. For more details, you can refer to:
