Mount point on 2016 Cluster - not accessible - disk and volume online, but not visible in File Explorer

A mount point filled up to max - used for Trans. Logs in 2016 SQL Cluster; I can see the volumes in Failover manager and using mountvol command but the mount point doesn't show up in File Explorer and isn't accesible by the instance.

  1. Rebooted
  2. Took resources offline and back
  3. Removed resource from Role and added back......

Should I remove and restore?

    Hi @SmarTodd ,

    Did your SQL server account have permission to access the folder? To enable SQL Server databases to use volume mount points, the mount points have to be mounted on a host volume that has a drive letter associated to it. We also need configure the appropriate dependencies.

    Please check your steps of mount point configuration from below blogs to find if you missing some key point.
