I am not able to login to outlook 365.

Asking for verify your identity by call.

But I am not receive any call from Microsoft outlook.

Can you please help me on this issue?

Has this issue been occurred only recently? Did you perform any specific operations before it?
Are you using a Microsoft 365 account? If so, could you login the portal of Office 365?

If you also couldn't log in the portal, this issue may be more related to your account instead of Outlook.
For the issue of not receiving call from Microsoft, based on my research, if you have an Azure Multi-Factor Authentication or Azure Active Directory Premium subscription, it may happen when your number is incorrect or the account is blocked, it's suggested to contact your global admin to confirm your phone number and check if you are blocked in Azure Active Directory portal. If you have Office 365 and don't have Azure MFA, you may need to contact Office 365 Support.
