Request for Assistance with AZ-500 Exam Rescheduling

I hope this message finds you well.

I recently attempted to take the AZ-500 certification exam through Pearson VUE. This was my first experience with their examination process. During the identification check, I presented my Author Card, a government-issued proof of identity. Unfortunately, the proctor did not accept this as valid identification, and I was not allowed to proceed with the exam.

I kindly request your assistance in rescheduling my exam to allow me time to arrange for an alternative form of identification that meets the required standards.
