SharePoint 2010 My Site is customized heavily and want to migrate to SharePoint Online. Is it possible ?

    I don’t think it’s possible to migrate customized My Site to SharePoint Online.

    This is not possible as "classic" MySites don't exist in SPO and customizing modern sites is not supported. Essentially, for OneDrive for Business, if you don't see it out of the box, it generally won't be supported by Microsoft. For example, SharePoint Lists in ODfB wasn't supported until personal Lists were introduced with Microsoft Lists.
