How to install Azure monitoring agent while having OpenSSH v9.3p2

I have a virtual machine running with Ubuntu 22, I want to upgrade OpenSSH version up to 9.3p2. Azure monitoring agent causing the issue while this upgrade. I uninstalled the agent and performed the OpenSSH upgrade activity but after this I am not able to install azure monitor agent manually or via azure portal.
Additionally, a backup job is also configured on the same machine which is failing daily.
need some support on this
