Did you update the 2015 version of SSRS to the 2019 version of SSRS? Could you describe your issue in detail? So that I can better understand your confusion.
Maybe you could check the data source and dataset to see if there are any problems with the authentication and query statements.
If you open the report after updating it locally, there should be no such issue.
