In my opinion, there are two methods for you.
Method 1:
Enable Prevent Roaming Profile Changes from propagating to the server policy in Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\User Profiles.
This policy setting determines if the changes a user makes to their roaming profile are merged with the server copy of their profile. If you enable this policy setting, changes a user makes to their roaming profile aren't merged with the server (roaming) copy when the user logs off.
Method 2:
Create Mandatory User Profiles for your users.
A mandatory user profile is a roaming user profile that has been pre-configured by an administrator to specify settings for users. With mandatory user profiles, a user can modify his or her desktop, but the changes are not saved when the user logs off. The next time the user logs on, the mandatory user profile created by the administrator is downloaded.

both of two methods seems to be proper, choose what you want.
