Please try the following workarounds:
- Update your VS 2017 to the latest version
- Try to sign in to your Visual Studio with a different account
- Clear your default browser’s cache and cookies
- Close all running instances of Visual Studio
- Delete all files of %localappdata%\.Identityservice
- Relaunch your Visual Studio and sign in your account
By the way, please go to the Subscriptions page and ensure that you have a valid subscription.
