I am using Remote Desktop to connect to the company's internal system, it goes well when using WIFI at the office or personal hotspot, while it fails to connect when using WIFI at home.

And I've gone through the Remote Desktop Connection article and all the settings seem to be correct. Just wondering how to fix this... Here is some error information: Error code 0x704; Extended error code 0x0.

    Hello,

Please check whether the home WIFI network connection is normal.

If your home WIFI is working not fine, this problem may be caused by the network in your home not being able to access your company's network.

The firewall or security group of your company's public cloud server may block access from your home network. You can contact your company's IT support department to see if there are any restrictions on access.
