Recieved "We regret not seeing you at the Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Days" even after attending the session

Hello,

I need help with the issue I recently faced with Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Days - Fundamentals event. I have attended and actively participated in the event both days i.e. Part 1 on November 16, 2020 at 1:00 PM EDT and Part 2 on November 17, 2020 at 1:00 PM EDT but today I received an email from Microsoft Azure Team that they regret seeing me at the event. I hope this issue will be resolved and I could receive the Azure Voucher. I'm attaching the screenshot of my desktop while attending the Part 1 as a proof.
