Hi,
I realized that my one and only user in the Entra Admin Center is not the Global Admin and I have only a 'Member' role. How can I gain back that Admin role or get it at all?

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

We suggest that you try the following methods to obtain administrator privileges:

Please ensure that you have administrator credentials for Entra Management Center. If you are the only user and do not have global administrator privileges, you may need to contact the current global administrator or support team to increase your privileges.

Log in to the Entra management center and go to the user management or role assignment section. There, you can view the current role allocation status and try to request promotion to the global administrator role.

If you are unable to self elevate permissions through the Entra Management Center, please contact Entra's support team or administrator. They should be able to assist you in upgrading your role from "member" to "global administrator".

    Best regards,

    Jill Zhou
