Move all content of an API Management Standard to API Management StandardV2.

Question

I want to replace our current version of azure api management standard to azure api management standardv2. I am looking for a way to migrate all of our content we currently have in our standard into a new standardv2. I have tried using the Restore-AzApiManagement and got the following message "Cannot restore current SKU is 'StandardV2', backup SKU is 'Standard'",

Does anyone know, how I can restore all the content into the standardV2?

@pattifree Thanks for reaching out. No. Currently you can't migrate an existing API Management instance (in the Consumption, Developer, Basic, Standard, or Premium tier) to a new v2 tier instance. Currently the v2 tiers are available for newly created service instances only. The only way is you need to manually create the APIM service.

the following capabilities aren't supported in the v2 tiers:

• API Management service configuration using Git
• Back up and restore of API Management instance
• Enabling Azure DDoS Protection
• Built-in analytics (replaced with Azure Monitor-based dashboard
