Room Meeting Calendar Acceptance issue.

I am forwarding a meeting invite from my calendar to the room mailbox calendar. That meeting invite is not automatically accepting, I have to go to mailbox and then accept it. This is not happening with other room mailbox.

I want it to be auto accept the invite in the affected one.

I have checked both the room mailboxes calendar setting AutomateProcessing, ExternalMeetingMessagesAllowed is same for both the room mailboxes, i.e Autoaccept.

Based on your question, I understand that you want to automatically receive meeting invitations in room mailbox from forwarding.

For better troubleshooting, I have the following questions to check with you as well as some steps to follow.

Are your mailbox and room mailbox in the same organization?

You can compare the differences in the parameters of the two mailboxes using the Get-CalendarProcessing -Identity command.
