c# failed to invoke the openai API interface on Azure

I am using the official example to access the openai interface times the following error, how can I solve, increase the number of repetition is still the same

I used the same above sample and it worked fine at my end.

From the error message it's pretty clear that the client application is having trouble connecting to the OpenAI API endpoint.

This might be due to the network issues that are preventing your application from reaching the OpenAI API.

Do you have any firewall / proxy within your network? Could you please test from a different network and check if that works ? Also check your network connection and firewall settings.
