Unable to view Azure reservations

Hi All,

Our customer has purchased reservations for Azure virtual machines However I can't see them even though I have a Owner Permissions. I understand I need reservation reader or Reservation purchaser permissions to view them. How can I identify who purchased reservations in the past and who have the required permissions to view them.
