How do I remove an app from the Microsoft Store?

I want to remove an app from the Store and cannot find a straightforward way to do that. When I change "Make this product available and discoverable in the Microsoft Store." to "Make this product available through direct link only but not discoverable in the Microsoft Store.", I cannot Save Draft.

I solved it - there was an "Accept updated Developer Agreement" outstanding. That blocked de-listing of the app. Oh my.
