Trying to download logs files from file shares

Hi,

I m trying to download log files present in file shares of azure storage account, but I am getting error as site wasnt available, below is the screenshot for your reference.

I understand that you are facing error while downloading the log files in Azure File share from Azure Portal.

• When you access file data using the Azure portal, the portal makes requests to Azure Files behind the scenes. These requests can be authorized using either your Microsoft Entra account or the storage account access key. The portal indicates which method you're using and enables you to switch between the two if you have the appropriate permissions. • Since you’re using a web browser to access the file share, try a different browser or clear your browser cache and try using tools (such as Azure Storage Explorer) to see if you can be able to access the file and make sure it’s up to date.
  • Open the Az Storage Explorer tool and navigate to your file share.
  • Select all the files or folders you want to download.
  • Right-click and choose “Download” from the context menu.
