This 28-May-2024 I am about to take the Azure Fundamentals A-Z 900 Certification exam so I completed my ID verification as well to check my exam environment a proctor entered my video call and I couldn't understand her accent even though I was unable to understand her accent I'm trying my level best to understand the instruction given by her but even after that she said that I am unable to follow her instructions and raised a ticket according to that I tried to explain my problem with her language but she didn't listen to me and raised a ticket after that I have contacted the OnVue customer support but no use and then I have received a mail stating that I am not following the instructions and it is stated that the exam is already started but it is not started but it stated that the exam is already started and I am not following the instructions
