Why Can't I Change Out of Office Voice Mail Greeting?

My org. uses Skype for Business. When I left town for a week on April 29, 2024, I followed my usual practice of changing my voice mail greeting to let callers know where I was and when I would return. However, when I returned, there apparently had been an update that removed the ability to change voice mail greetings from the application.

Is there any way to access my voice mail menu just using my handset's keypad? As it stands, callers still get a voice mail greeting that is now inaccurate! But I cannot change it.

I got help from our IT department. One cannot use the handset to access voice mail. But if you bring up the virtual keypad in the Skype App you will see a little tape icon under the number 1. If you then right click AND HOLD on that little tape icon, that will bring up the voice mail menu. But you must click AND HOLD. If you just click, it brings up your contacts list and then nothing else, even if you THEN click/hold.
