Send adaptive card in email through AWS SES

I am trying to determine if we can send adaptive/actionable cards in emails using a third-party service like Amazon SES.
Although I receive the emails, the card does not display in the email content. However, when I view the source of the email, I can see the adaptive card content within the raw HTML data.
I also tried sending an adaptive card using https://amdesigner.azurewebsites.net/, and it worked as expected.
