How to get Sandbox access to learn Azure?

Hi, I just started to learn Azure and opted for a pay-as-you-go account since the Azure portal asked me to do so, along with the initial $200 from Microsoft. I am following Microsoft Learn online material, which gave instructions on creating a VM in a "SandBox" and a link to the Azure portal. However, when I log in using my pay-as-you-go account, I get the following error:. "You do not have any Azure subscriptions in the active filter or Microsoft Learn Sandbox directory. Change the filter or switch to another directory.

I do not know enough to create and configure resources and other features of Azure, and I do not want to be charged to my pay-as-you-go account. How do I get the sandbox?

I started learning Azure only three weeks ago, so I apologise if my question is very basic...

    Hello RAJITH RAJENDRANATHAN,

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

@AjayBathini-MSFT has provided you with the FAQ, which will provide additional information about sandboxes.

With MS Learn, you don't need to create a separate Azure account. Instead, you'll utilize free sandbox environments as you advance through the modules. These sandboxes are available at no additional cost. Just follow the instructions in the documentation and fully embrace the learning experience.

Please activate the sandbox and review the permissions. You'll receive a time-limited sandbox for practicing the exercises provided in the learning modules.
